Women are unique. And any woman reading this knows just what we mean. And, when it comes to the fields of Chiropractic and wellness in general, we are naturally and instinctively in tune with our patients. We are women. We are nurturers and healers by nature and, when trained in the world of healing arts, our power and abilities are formidable. But, knowing how to use that knowledge and harness that power most effectively is key.

Our challenges are many. We communicate differently. We prioritize our lives differently. Some of us are having children and raising families. Some of us have children moving out of the teenage years and into adulthood. Some of us have no children, but partners or other family members who need our time, energy and attention.
We have many questions we are asking – Can we have it all? What does personal time look like, and can I allow myself to have some of that?
Janice began to break a lot of new ground and territory in the profession. As a strong and focused woman, she became involved in Chiropractic organizations and politics, all while establishing herself as one of the largest wellness chiropractors in Canada. And, in her spare time, she was raising three sons with her husband Dave!
After leaving private practice Janice went on to mentor young chiropractors at Palmer College by creating a business coach training program. This practice success program has become a template for business development and training for young chiropractors.
Janice has mentored and coached thousands of professional women. Most recently she has created a team of female practitioners that are beginning to create programs and business development services for others. With their unique female perspective!
